We hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We had a wonderful time with our families and we’re already counting down the days until Thanksgiving next year. Even though we started sharing winter inspiration, we’re still not quite over the fall. We think this fall dessert table from Marie at Sweets Indeed is perfect to bookmark for next Thanksgiving. We LOVE how Marie used baking tins as vessels for the desserts. Clever, right? We also…

Can you believe that we’re already talking about Thanksgiving? We love the Thanksgiving tabletop ideas for the kids table in this “Eat, Drink & Be Thankful” shoot sent to us by Deanna from Mirabelle Creations. Deanna placed simple kraft paper over her linen on the kids table and then bordered the paper with orange polka dot ribbon. This is an inexpensive and simple way to give your tabletop an autumnal feel. Another easy, but fun…

About a month ago, I worked with Michaels on a fun crafting project with kids and moms on Anderson. While the crafting project was for Thanksgiving, I think many of you can do the same craft with your kids for the last days of Chanukah and Christmas.
A little about the segment…I’m sure many of you know, but Anderson Cooper has a new daytime talk show and it is fabulous. Anderson had a Thanksgiving special…

Hello everyone. Thanksgiving is just two days away and I thought I’d share a really fun recipe that we created with Wrigley. We’ve partnered with Wrigley to show candy fans, party stylists, and DIY’ers everywhere how Wrigley gum and candy can be used in many other fun or delicious ways. While Wrigley’s products are consumed by people around the world, there are many alternative uses including entertaining, decorating, and more. Using candy to add a…

This fall feast was sent to us by Cris from Crissy Crafts. She threw a small Thanksgiving get together for her children and their friends. In Chris’ native Brazil, corn is a big part of celebrations. To embrace her heritage, “corn” was part of many of the sweets and decorations. Corn husks were used to dress up the water bottles and as a vessel to serve the food. Sweet treats included caramel and kernel popcorn,…

This party made us want to run outside and frolic in the Central Park leaves. It is very approachable and perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving or fall. We received this submission from Catherine at Serendipity Soiree. Catherine created this fall celebration for her family. She used burlap to cover the table and risers which added to the rustic feel, along with the natural wooded setting of their yard. Sweet treats included homemade chocolate fudge cake, apple…

Amy of Sugar Chic Designs created this dashing “Monsieur” dessert table for a stylish gentleman’s birthday party. She gave the display a masculine feel by incorporating deep colors and elements from nature, such as the animal hide runner, succulent plants and the birchbark containers. This table could easily be translated for a Fall party by bringing in acorn cookies, pumpkin flavored desserts and pies. The hexagonal chandelier hanging above the table compliments the masculine theme,…

Thanksgiving is hands-down my favorite holiday. Growing up, Thanksgiving was the big holiday in our house and it still is to this day. Time stands still on Thanksgiving weekend and my family and I eat, talk, eat, talk, and eat and talk some more well into the night! For me, the holiday evokes memories of marshmallows bubbling on sweet potatoes, my mom’s amazing…
