How cute are these Kentucky Derby cookies that Bakerella created after finding the original recipe in Julia Usher’s book Cookie Swap? These were initially intended to be Easter bonnet cookies, but can easily be used for Kentucky Derby bonnet cookies as well. My heart melted when I saw this submission that was sent to us by Truc Luu of the San Francisco Blog Treats. Truc created this sweets spread for her Goddaughter’s Christening in Norway.
