Just yesterday, the First Department of the Appellate Division of NY unanimously ruled against Mayor Bloomberg’s Soda Ban by upholding a former NY Supreme Court ruling. Happy Bastille Day! Today is French National Day, a commemoration of the storming of the Bastille in 1789.
