We received this featured submission from Tanya at Life’s Little Celebrations in Australia.  She styled this party for her daughter’s first birthday. Her daughter received a lot of elephant items when she was born so Tanya wanted to have an Elephant themed party. She started with the cute elephant printables that she found on Style me Gorgeous. She used a color palette of pink, grey and light aqua blue. The cake with an elephant figurine was made by Cake Avenue. Other sweet treats included macarons, elephant cookies, pink sugared peanuts and Persian fairy floss. Since it was a celebration of her daughter’s first year, she used dessert tags representing milestones for her year, such as “Crawling cookies” and “Sitting up Swizzle sticks”. Roses were added to pay homage to her middle name, Rose. An “Elephant Watering Hole” was set up with cute mini bottles, straws and elephant tags. Guests were treated with a handmade cupcake as well as the Golden Book “The Saggy Baggy Elephant”. Trot on down to the bottom to see the vendor credits.
