Howdy. I am loving all things Texas today.  I am in Dallas today having a great time with the Michael’s gang. This beautiful dessert table was sent to us by Houston photographer Lucie Easterwood and I could not wait to share it with y’all. Lucie created this table for her son’s first birthday.  His room has a nautical theme so it was a no brainer for her when trying to figure out a theme for the table.  We created a table for a nautical themed wedding last year and had the best time trying to find props.  Most of these props came right from her son’s room.  I love how the yellow gave the table a pop of color.  I always say that you can use anything as a vessel if you are just creative.  The Pepsi crates and the and milk carton crate bring the perfect weathered feel.  The desserts were cupcakes, life preserver cake donuts, cake balls, italian cream birthday cake, rice crispy treats, and kettle corn! Beautiful job!
