Scroll down for fun Halloween news from us!
It’s hard to believe, but Halloween is around the corner already. We’ve been getting some cute Halloween submissions and I love this glammed up PINK Halloween dessert table from Courtney of Pizzazzerie. I’m always a believer of surprising your guests with an unexpected color palette. I think this is especially fun for holidays when your guests will expect to see the traditional color palette. Courtney added a lot of pizzazz and glam with lots of glitter and sequins. I love the sparkly cobweb linen with all those glittery spiders, the decorated reeses cups {my fave dessert ever!}, the pink-o-ween potion, bejeweled candles, and the cute signage from Anders Ruff.
A Few Sweet Styling Tips & Tricks:
(1) Be careful when you are using apothecary jars with small openings. I find those types of vessels work best for small candy with a long scoop. They look great and work for shoots like this, but they are not always practical for real parties.
(2) Make sure any glitter/sparkles on food are edible. Courtney used edible glitter from here.
(3) Glam up seasonal items that you can find in craft stores. Courtney spray painted a birdcage that she found from Michaels for just $1!
Fantastic job, Courtney!
