Subway Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids
Being that we’re from the big apple, this party really made us smile. This party was styled by one of our readers, Anne, for her son’s birthday. Last year, we featured Anne’s son’s first birthday party and we are back today with his second. Her son loves trains so Anne created a NYC subway themed party. Train Guest Dessert Feature

The cookies are fantastic. We think she did a great job!  Scroll down to see the vendor credits. To see some more parties inspired by trains,…

The chocolate coal, train sugar cookies, train cake pops, railroad gum, and that great train cake paid homage to the book. Suitcases were used to add a little height to the table. I bet…

Last Train to Aidansville Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids
All aboard the Aidan Express.  This featured submission came to us from Belinda from Styled By Belle, who created this party for her son’s 3rd birthday. Her son loves Thomas the Tank, so she knew she wanted to subtly incorporate the theme into the party without making it too commercial. To start, guests were greeted by the “Sir Topham Hatt”. Cargo crates were used as vessels and the confections were transported in a train built…
