School and Tennis Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids
We are feeling sentimental today because it is our intern Lauren’s last day since she is heading back to college. School is almost in session again so we’re sharing this cool graduation/starting college party styled by Seri & Michelle of Little Miss Party Planner. The graduation party was for a guy who is headed to Emory College, but the design is great for a tennis party or back to school party as well. We love…

ConGRADulations Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids
May and June are Graduation months and there are so many cute ideas in this graduation party by Cris from Crissy’s Crafts. We love how Cris gave many store bought items their pomp and circumstance by adding cupcake toppers and chocolate stars. How great are the Swiss Roll diplomas? Other sweet treats on the dessert table included star-topped cupcakes, class of 2012 push pop cupcakes, and caramel popcorn. Free graduation printables from Bird’s Party put…

Top Student Guest Dessert Feature

This table came to us from Sandra and Yassmine of 3’s A Party. This ABC/123 school-themed party was created for Sandra’s nephew’s birthday. Guests were offered a lunch consisting of chicken sandwiches, yogurt, cheese & crackers and apples. Sweet treats included apple cake pops, chalkboard cupcakes, pencil and crayon sugar cookies and that fantastic…

College Send Off Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions
This featured submission comes from Jeannie of The Pastry Tip. Rather than schedule her son’s high school graduation party at the busy start of summer, Jeannie threw Conor a college send-off party at the end. The dessert table was set-up like someone preparing to pack up for college, with suitcases, books, and mementos integrated into the display. The fleur de lis, used to decorate many of the desserts, is the symbol of Conor’s high school.…

Medical School Acceptance Guest Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions
We can’t get school off of our minds today. Earlier we shared a fun, DIY project that we created for Disney Family Fun while kids are out of school.  Here is our second submission of the day brought to us by Monica of The Creationz Studio. Monica created this table for her cousin Christina who just got accepted into medical school (congrats!). Her cousin is a HUGE fashion enthusiast {hence the “I will not read…
