Amy’s Sweet Holiday Wishlist

To get into the holiday spirit, my team and I thought it would be fun to put together fun holiday “wish” lists.  These aren’t gift guides and some items may be pricey, but hey, they are just “wish” lists.  We can dream a little, right?  When I saw the wish list from each of my team members, I realized how much of everyone’s personality was in their wish list. I thought I would share them…

Behind the Scenes at Amy Atlas: Snack and See

Behind the Scenes with Amy Atlas – Back to Baking

I was back in the kitchen yesterday for a fun, holiday baking editorial project.  My kids were away for the day and it gave me a chance to do some serious testing all day.  Lucky for them, I saved lots of festive treats for them.  There were eggnog cookies with homemade eggnog, peppermint and gingerbread treats, and even a Nutella dessert {more to come on this as the holidays approach}.  With Hurricane Irene on its…

Behind the Scenes: Travel + Balance

Lisa and I at the Guthrie in Minneapolis with the Mississippi River in the background….…
We were in Minnesota this past week for some meetings.  It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of New York City, even if it was just for two days.  Seeing lush greenery and smelling crisp clean air definitely helps me clear my mind.  When Lisa and I weren’t in meetings, we jam packed some activities to
