Gingerbread House Cake A Gingerbread Girl Guest Dessert Feature

We love this interpretation of Lisa Campbell Ernt’s The Gingerbread Girl by Jenny from Craft That PartyTraditional serving pieces on the dessert table were replaced with cookie sheets and measuring cups. Whisks were fun vertical props. Sweet treats on the dessert table included a pink fondant cake topped with a gingerbread house, chocolate covered Oreos, gingerbread cupcakes topped with mini gingerbread men and peppermint fondant toppers. Guests were able to decorate cookies at the “Decorate Station” using supplies such as sprinkles, candies, frosting, and gingerbread cookies. Once the children were done decorating, they played with hot chocolate play dough served in mugs with white play dough marshamallows. Great job!

Hi Amy! :-) Hi Jenny, your dessert display is beautiful and the garland – gorgeous!! I also love your white board as back ground. Is that one of your DIY craft work? Can you share your secrets on how to create it for your readers?
    Thank you kindly,
