Back to School Dessert Table

We know that many kids have started school already. Our kids don’t start school until after Labor Day, but this Back to School dessert table really got us geared up for the school year ahead. Dina from Deliciously Darling Events sent us this table that she styled for her kids. We met Dina at our Atlanta Williams Sonoma Book signing and she was just as cute as this table. Dina loved the rice krispie watermelon slice from Glorious Treats and modified it to be an Apple. Other sweet treats on the dessert table included alphabet cupcakes, pencil push-up pops inspired by these from Bakerella, apple colored macarons, and jello. Kids were given gum ball pencil party favors and No #1 student milk bottles.  This gets an A+!  Scroll down for the vendor credits.

Do you have a Back To School ritual that you do with your kids?

so nice! I love the mini jello glasses…I also liked the polka dot napkins acting as a doily, great idea.

  • Beautiful colors!!!

  • Hi! I saw your beautiful table through a post on FB. This is very creative and I love it! I am sure it was a hit!!!

  • Its such as you learn my mind! You appear to grasp so much about this, such as you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you just could do with a few percent to force the message house a little bit, however instead of that, that is wonderful blog. A great read. I will certainly be back.
