Sweet & Sunny Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids

This sweet & sunny lemonade party came to us from Ali at Parties on a Pedestal who styled this party for her 10 year old daughter. Doesn’t this post just put a smile on your face?  It did for us. Place settings at the table were pie tins filled with parchment-wrapped sandwiches, fruit in mason jars, and a container of crackers. The lemonade stand cookies are really fun. We also love how Ali took store bought pink wafer cookies and dressed them up with dots of yellow frosting. Other sweet treats on the dessert table included macarons, cake pops, marshmallows, and dipped Oreos. Ali told us she used tips from Sweet Designs and created various heights on the table by using hot pink hat boxes from her daughter’s room. Ali also brought in garden trellis and chevron patterns into the party with those pretty tablecloths. A craft station included  decorating flip-flops and fingerprint lemon trees activities. Beautiful job! Scroll down for the vendor credits.
