A few years back, we created an amazing sweet and salty popcorn bar for a Bat Mitzvah. There is something about the nostalgic popcorn treat that can transport guests back to childhood, right?
It is the reason why we love this “he popped the question” party from Glenda of Dressy Designs. Glenda created this for a wedding, but it could work great for an engagement party, too. We love the clever language on the signage, like “thank you for popping in,” “savor a little,” “he popped the question,” and “no rocky road” popcorn. Popcorn balls from Sweet Requests were used to create the centerpiece of the table. Gourmet flavors from Kukuruza included rocky road, caramel and coconut macaroon. Very creative, Glenda!

So sweet!
This is great! Thanks for including us in your blog! One thing though, the link to our website seems not to be working. The link brings us to facebook/sweetrequests but the link is actually facebook.com/sweetrequests. AWESOME! =)
Great Idea!
How creative! I’m dying for some popcorn now!!
Adorable
Thank you so much for featuring this popcorn bar. This was my first and I had alot of fun setting this up. Love how you referred to “NO” Rocky Road… I hadn’t thought of that one. LOL!! Thanks again! ~Glenda
Congratulations on the feature Glenda!! I’m thrilled to see that you liked the original wording/signage I created for my Rustic Popcorn Bar so much, that you decided to create your own version of it here. *wink*
