Our theme today is clearly pink submissions from Australia. This one came to us from Allison of Allison Lawson Cakes. She created this dessert table for a morning tea that she hosted in honor of a friend’s birthday. We love how Allison used an antique tea set left to her by her grandmother. All of the sweets and cakes were baked by Allison, except for the macarons which were purchased from a local patisserie. A trio of cakes in different shades of pink were the focal point of the table. Other sweet treats included gingerbread cookies and meringue. This submission is the perfect example of how to create a small table and give it big personality! Great job.
