Next up today is this sweet 70th birthday party that was sent to us by Lydia from The Party Wagon. She threw this overnight party for her mom who turned 70 in October. They celebrated with a lunch at their lakehouse filled with family. Her mom’s favorite flowers, favorite colors, as well as hand embroidered linens and childhood photos were used for decoration. Lunch and dessert were served by the lake. Sweet treats included cookies covered in yellow and blue flowers and mini cakes with hand made fondant flowers. Because the guests were staying overnight, there was a tray of cookies and tea for them before bed. Each had a straw of honey with a flag that said, “Good Night, Honey” and “Sweet Dreams, Honey”. Hand-embroidered napkins were made for each guest with their initial to echo the lovely vintage ones that were family heirlooms. Scroll down to see the vendor credits.
