Winter ONEderland Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids

How fun is this table? This winter ONEderland came to us from Gwynn of Gwynn Wasson Designs. She created this party for her son’s first birthday. Using the invitation as inspiration, Gwynn turned her California backyard into a snow filled playground. A welcoming committee of penguins greeted the guests as they arrived. Sweet treats included polar bear and penguin cookies, polar bear and penguin cake pops and homemade cupcakes. The centerpiece of the table was that amazing cake made by Fantasy Frostings with adorable polar bears and penguins who were gleefully sledding down the topsy turvy angles of the cake. A “warming station” with hot chocolate, coffee and milk was set up to take away the “chill” from the snowy day. Snow fights and snow angels were the perfect activity. Each guest was able to adopt a polar bear and received small snowmaking kits.  Slide on down to see the vendor credits.
