Spa Day Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions, Kids

We are so in love with this party. Maybe it is the warm coral and sea green palette or the idea of having a spa day. Either way, we thought it was executed perfectly. This submission was sent to us by Emma from Emma Smith Stationery. Emma’s daughter told her she wanted a “Tropical Day Spa” for her birthday. After several trips to the fabric and craft stores, Emma was ready to make (yes, she made them by hand) each guest their day spa robes, masks and slippers. The invitation was their “appointment card” with all the crucial details like dates times and place (Emma’s home and back yard). The girls were treated to manicures and pedicures and a delicious spa lunch. After pampering their skin, they pampered their bellies with sweet treats provided by Alecia at Boutique Affairs. Check back this afternoon for the really cute photos of the “spa”.  Scroll down to see the vendor credits.

Party sounds and looks gorgeous but I want to know about the wall decorations? Will you be doing a tutorial about them, pretty please. The colors are so soft and serene. Both colors that are enhancing for skin. I usually love that light green and lavender but that coral is gorgeous.

Hi, I’d love to do a backdrop in the colors you used, but I’m having trouble locating the corals and the seafoam colors. Can you share where you bought your materials, or how you made them? Thanks!

  • Kelly

Gorgeous party! It’s a bit difficult to tell what sort of paper the wall decorations are made from… Are they tissue, cardstock, craft paper??

Please do tell! Having baby shower next month, and would love to mimic some of the designs here!
