Thetis from Little Sooti Events in Melbourne created a Vintage Hot Air Balloon party for Zoe’s 3rd birthday.  We love how light and dreamy this table feels, almost like its floating on air!  White felt clouds float effortlessly above the dessert table, which is highlighted in soft pastel colors.  A trio of milk glass cake stands are positioned in the middle, featuring a fondant cake decorated with a hot air balloon basket and fluffy clouds. Flanking the cake are two perfect pyramids of strawberry macarons. The desserts also included cookies shaped and iced like white clouds, buttercream cupcakes with pink frosting, chocolate truffle cake pops, cookies shaped like hot air balloons, cotton candy (or “fairy floss” in Australia), and strawberry milk. The lovely invitations and all of the printables were designed by Ham & Pea.

Gorgeous work girls! The softness is a lovely change from the bright colours we see a lot around the party scene.
