Beautiful Ballet Guest Dessert Feature

Ivy of Sweet Sorrella created this charming outdoor birthday party inspired by the Parisian ballet.  Isn’t this every little girl’s dream?  We love the sophisticated color palette. It reminds us of our pink and grey Valentine’s table.  Soft pink curtains frame a table covered in a beautiful grey plisse crinkled fabric, bedecked with pink bunting and a pair of satin ballet shoes. Sweets included candies in shades of pink and white: rock candy sticks, lollipops, bubblegum, and mini pink meringues, as well as chocolate wafers and chocolate covered pretzels. To drink? A refreshing pink lemonade. The table’s piece de resistance was a pink ruffled cake, poised atop two tiers of pink vanilla cupcakes, with a tiny handcrafted ballerina ornament on top. Lovely job!
