Old Fashioned Patriotic Guest Dessert Feature

By: Amy Atlas, in Featured Submissions

I know that Independence Day was a couple of weeks ago but there were so many cute DIY elements to this party that we wanted to share it with you.  Keep it in your pocket for next year or switch out the colors to make a really cute vintage party for any occasion. This was sent to us by Lauren Souder of Creative-Stations.  We love the old Coca Cola sign. Lauren used an old potting bench for the main part of the station and filled the drawers with Salt Water Taffy.  There was a mix of homemade goodies and store bought. The signage, bunting, cones and labels were all made from scrapbooking paper she found at Michaels.  Check out the links below to see all the great recipes for the handmade desserts.
