We love carnival themes. When we saw this bright and cheery dessert spread from Cake Designer Marisa Simon, we fell in love. Our favorite detail on the table? Those ice cream cupcakes! We love the technique Marisa used to make the frosting look like ice cream! The clean detail work of the diamond, striped, dotted cake is also fabulous. Marisa bought all of the vessels at the Container Store. She also made the paper decorations (labels, banners, and popcorn boxes) herself. Other sweet treats included carnival staples like candy apples and cotton candy. Fantastic job!
