Vessel Roundup from the Gift Show – Part I

By: Amy Atlas, in Great Finds

I was at the gift show this week and had a chance to scope out some new vessels from some of my favorite vendors. For my first roundup, I’m including a mix of both traditional and modern vessels. These vessels would be great hostess gifts or would be a welcome addition to any tabletop or dessert table. Be sure to check out all of the sites as all of these sites have fantastic tabletop items. Have a great weekend!

Square maze decoupage tray from John Derian
Carnaby hazard coasters from Jonathan Adler.
Pansy cake plate from Magenta Inc
Crescent bowl from Jill Rosenwald.
Mango and Horn bowls from Be Home.
Isis melamine plates from French Bull
Croquet plates from Sabre.

  • Very nice love it

  • Oooo, pretty colours, I am a sucker for anything bright and these are gorgeous. My favourite is the pansy cake plate, I love the shape.

I was wondering though, when you source all your table hardware, what happens to them once the event is complete? I ask because I never see you use the same vessels/cake plates/canisters, each table is always different.

  • How fun! I have found that I have become obsessed with vessels since being introduced to the world of dessert tables.

  • Interesting roundup! I love the first platter!

  • Beautiful roundup! Thx for sharing Amy! =)

  • Such a great collection of some really unique pieces. I want the cake stand — love the very organic feel. Also want the wood piece.
